To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@atomshop.in and provide your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

6 months Limited Warranty:

We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. All our products come with a 6 months limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team. We may troubleshoot the problem with you and provide assistance in resolving the issue. If it is determined that the product is defective and covered under warranty, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear/physical/water damage or mishandling of products.

To request a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation (such as photos or videos). Our team will guide you through the warranty process and provide you with further instructions.

Please Note: Any type of Physical Damage/water immersion/natural wear and tear is not covered under warranty and replacement can only be processed post validation of your product.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. In case the same product is not available, we may offer a comparable alternative or provide a refund for the defective item.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
